B Onion Skin is a Blender add-on by Dinesh007 that adds onion skinning to 3D animation. Ghost frames of animated meshes appear in the viewport, so you can read motion, timing and spacing while working.
The ghosts refresh instantly as you scrub the timeline, with past and future frames in customizable colors. Rigged characters are supported through their armatures and child meshes. Opacity is adjustable with a smooth falloff so distant frames fade out, a wireframe mode keeps complex meshes light, and an X-Ray option shows ghosts through geometry.
