What Bad TV does
Bad TV produces the wobble and breakup of a poor television signal in After Effects and Premiere Pro. The distortion is generated from its own parameters, so there is no need to prepare displacement maps.
A Vertical Sync offset recreates the jumping picture of old sets, and scan lines of varying thickness provide a DV tape look. Manual Time Control and Horizontal Sync Control complete the set. Version 2.1 brought a performance update to both hosts.
