Bone Aligner
Developer: maylog
Blender add-on that aligns bones to same-named bones in Edit and Pose modes.
What Bone Aligner does
Bone Aligner is a Blender add-on from maylog that aligns two bones based on their names. It works in Edit Mode through two functions: Active to Selected snaps the active bone onto whichever selected bone shares its name, and Selected to Active does the reverse.
Name matching can be made case sensitive. It also works in Pose Mode and prompts you to switch modes if you use it somewhere unsupported. A properties panel groups the tools with icons for the Edit and Pose modes. It is practical when fitting one skeleton to another with matching bone names.
