FakeBones
Developer: maylog
Blender add-on that visualizes armatures from Maya and Unreal using spherical and conical empties for joints and bones.
What FakeBones does
FakeBones improves how armatures brought in from other applications, such as Maya and Unreal, look in Blender. It generates spherical empties for joints and conical empties for bone connections.
Stretch To constraints give dynamic stretching, and joint sizes scale proportionally to bone length. Riggers and animators working with imported skeletons get clearer visual feedback. Joint and bone empties are easier to see and select than stock bone display, which helps when examining or adjusting skeletons that came from other applications.
