Camera Shift Sync
Developer: a2d4f3s1
Recalculates Blender camera shift values live while you move, keeping the frame centered on a fixed target plane.
What Camera Shift Sync does
Camera Shift Sync is a Blender plugin for perspective cameras. When you move a camera, the shift values normally stay put and your framing drifts; this add-on recomputes shift_x and shift_y in real time so the frame center remains locked to a target plane fixed in the world.
Camera position controls travel along the local axes of the target plane or toward and away from it, and a Plate Transform mode lets you edit the plate itself. It helps with architectural views, matched backplates and any shot that needs controlled perspective.
Key features
- Real-time shift_x and shift_y recalculation
- Move along plane axes or radially to the target
- Plate Transform editing mode
- Keeps framing locked to a world-fixed plane
