Captions Font Family
Developer: Highground
Graffiti-style display typeface with 116 characters for titles and captions in Adobe video apps.
What Captions Font Family does
A display typeface from Highground inspired by the lettering that sits beside large spray-paint murals. It is meant for titles, lower thirds and caption treatments in After Effects and Premiere Pro where a street-art feel is wanted.
The set holds 116 glyphs, spanning upper and lower case letters, numerals, punctuation, symbols, flourishes and dingbats. Strokes are smooth with a solid fill, so text stays readable at video sizes. The original letterforms began as hand-drawn letters made with a New York outline cap, which were later inked and turned into a digital font. It also works in other Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
