Blender add-on for rendering 360-degree turntable animations of selected objects.

What Carousel does

Carousel is a Blender add-on for presenting 3D models with spinning turntable renders, useful for authors and distributors showcasing their assets.

In automatic mode you select objects and press Turntable; the camera is placed at the minimum distance and the frames render. Manual mode works in steps with camera parameters and frame count in preferences: Init builds a point cloud of camera positions, To Active previews a frame, Select Points adjusts distance and height, and Render Active or Render All output the frames. Clear removes the added objects afterward.

Key features

  • Automatic one-button turntable rendering
  • Manual mode with a camera point cloud
  • Preview and render single or all points
  • Clear button removes helper objects
