What Clear Filepaths does
Clear Filepaths is a Blender add-on by FlailingFog that removes personal filepaths from a .blend file so you can share it without revealing folder names. It saves a cleaned copy in which filepath strings are replaced with a dummy string, plus a text file noting what was removed.
It looks for the strings stored in filepath, filepath_raw, original, library_weak_reference and packed_files, saves an uncompressed copy, and duplicates and remaps data in the copy to eliminate loose paths the Python API cannot reach. Good for privacy before posting or selling a scene.
