What Countdown Record + Auto Stop does
Countdown Record + Auto Stop helps when you need to animate or capture motion while using your own hands. A timer gives you time to get into position before recording starts.
The countdown is adjustable from 0 to 30+ seconds and shows each second. When it ends, Auto Keying is enabled and Grab, Rotate, Scale, Fly or Walk Mode can start on the selected objects. Recording can stop automatically at the end frame, turning Auto Keying off, and rigid body caches are protected from looping loss.
