Crease-Preserving Extrude Blender Addon
Developer: YU_Design
Makes new extruded edges in Blender inherit crease values from their neighbors, including Alt+E operations.
What Crease-Preserving Extrude Blender Addon does
Crease-Preserving Extrude is a Blender add-on for subdivision modelers who rely on edge creasing. When you extrude, the new edges normally lose their crease data; this tool carries the values over from neighboring geometry automatically.
It covers vertex, edge and face extrude operations across most Alt+E commands. A Crease Value Picker lists the values found on edges sharing a vertex with the new edge so you can choose another, and a directional crease option adds creases in a chosen direction. It keeps subdivision surface models consistent as you build outward.
