Resample Mesh
Developer: AV
Blender add-on that reshapes geometry by interpolation, smoothing transitions or reducing polygons, with several helper operators.
What Resample Mesh does
Resample Mesh modifies geometry through interpolation in Blender. It can smooth transitions or reduce polygon count, and comes with operators covering smoothing, mesh optimization, vertex spacing, linking of edge loops and making shapes round.
The Resample operator offers Akima, Catmull-Rom and Polynomial interpolation types. A Smooth operator has uniform and distance-based options. Modelers cleaning meshes or retopologizing curves and loops can tidy shapes with fewer manual adjustments. The interpolation options let you choose between very smooth results and shapes that stay closer to the original curve.
