What Easy Clones 2 does
Easy Clones 2 is a cloning system by Shorts & Tales for After Effects designed around 2D artwork. It duplicates bitmap layers, vector layers, shape layers and precomps into patterns without hand copying.
Clones can be arranged in lines or grids, with improved delay controls that apply to both clone and layer transformations. Wiggles loop and stroke widths stay consistent, and the number of random colors can be changed. Version 2.1 brought a performance boost, scale limiting and new slider and checkbox controllers for more properties, plus reworked expression management for faster previews and renders.
