Isomatic FX
Developer: Fremox
Builds isometric graphics in After Effects using either faked 2D isometry or true 3D.
What Isomatic FX does
Isomatic FX is a Fremox plugin for isometric artwork in After Effects. It supports two approaches: a faked 2D version that transforms flat layers, and true 3D when you need real depth.
In the faked mode, Left, Right and Top buttons skew a layer onto the matching isometric plane, three movement sliders keep it constrained to an axis, and a position expression is applied to the layer. Clicking a faked isometry button a second time turns it off while keeping the sliders and expression. Floating licenses are supported, and it works from After Effects CS6 through 2026.
