Face Me! - Uv Utility

Adjusts a Blender UV map using two selected faces as reference points to move, rotate and scale the target face's UVs.

What Face Me! - Uv Utility does

Face Me! is a UV utility add-on for Blender aimed at small, precise corrections. Two selected faces act as a pair of references that the add-on treats as one unit.

The UVs of the target face are then shifted, turned and resized to match the other, an approach best suited to small corrections on geometry that stays broadly similar. It supports Blender 3.6 through 5.0, is released under the GPL and includes documentation. Texture artists cleaning up seams and alignment may find it quicker than manual UV edits.
