What Forensic does
Forensic from SiNi Software inspects and cleans troublesome 3ds Max scenes. It searches for and removes malicious MAXScript viruses and related items such as ADL, CRP and ADSL, and quickly interrogates a scene to reveal problems before they cause crashes.
It also strips CAD and Revit blocks, unifies polygon and mesh normals, checks for missing modifiers and reveals who last saved the file. Artists who receive imported AutoCAD or CAD data, or files from unknown sources, can use it to tidy scenes and protect their installation.
