Real-time Blender add-on producing bloom, streaks, ghosts and other lens effects in the Realtime Compositor.

What Glared2 - Light And Bloom Fx In Real-Time does

Glared2, from Blender Lens Flare, produces light effects in real time. Lens-style effects are created inside the Realtime Compositor in screen space, driven by the scene's real luminance, so the viewport refreshes immediately and no masks are painted by hand.

Effects include bloom, glow, streaks (anamorphic too), ghosts and multi-reflection artifacts, light deformation and diffusion, chromatic aberration, lens dirt, vignette and unsharp mask. A single node group is placed automatically. It gives quick cinematic glow and flare looks.

Key features

  • Screen-space effects from scene luminance
  • Bloom, glow, streaks and anamorphic streaks
  • Ghosts, diffusion and chromatic aberration
  • Lens dirt, vignette and unsharp mask
  • Updates instantly in the viewport
