What Thunderstorm Add-On - Create Lightnings, Clouds And Rain does
The Thunderstorm Add-On creates lightning, rain and clouds inside Blender. You choose lightning presets and generate single flashes, replacing one with the Update lightning button, then add rain rings and splashes.
Up to ten point lights are connected through drivers that follow each bolt's brightness, lighting the scene in sync. Timeline markers are created automatically, the collection order organizes itself, and animation can be adjusted by moving keyframes, with an automated fade-out. A compositing node setup is also part of the package.
