Goodbye Greenscreen is a matting plugin from Blace Plugins that uses AI to separate subjects from their background. It runs in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and does not require a green screen to be present in the shot.
Several matting models are included, with BiRefNet as the default. Processing can use the GPU or CPU, although the GPU option can be less stable than the CPU one. macOS builds are hardware accelerated, some models support AMD GPUs on Windows, and a CUDA Memory Sharing option speeds up rendering above 4K. A Stop Processing button cancels long jobs, and 16-bit compositions are supported.
