InkBloom
Developer: grape design
After Effects effect that simulates watercolor ink bleeding and blending with up to eight colors.
What InkBloom does
InkBloom from grape design is an After Effects effect plugin that simulates ink spreading across paper. The procedural watercolor engine produces natural flow and organic color blending that evolves over time.
Up to eight ink colors can be used, each with its own strength, and a directional force shapes where the ink travels. Three texture types, including paper, change the surface look, and time control is fully keyframeable. Designers can use it for backgrounds, transitions and general motion graphics with a hand-painted feel.
