What Layer Memo does
Layer Memo is Vidalina Rahmatiana's extension for After Effects aimed at leaving notes on individual layers instead of the whole project. Notes are stored inside the .aep file, so no external service is needed.
Clicking a note opens the comp and selects the layer. Color-coded tags include #todo, #client, #bug and #done, and notes can be resolved and archived while keeping a history. Project-wide search filters notes instantly and a stats bar shows open, resolved and todo counts. It suits freelancers tracking revisions and teams handing off work.
