What Lightweaver does

Lightweaver offers light-driven color grading inside Blender. You can create cinematic color variations from the ray-traced lighting itself, without exporting EXR files or switching to a compositor such as Nuke.

It works with both Cycles and Eevee. It is published as a Blender Extension under the GPL and includes documentation.
