What Line Em Up does
Line Em Up is Gary Reisman's tool for After Effects aimed at arranging layers that differ in style or type. Text with different fonts and sizes does not align neatly by default, and shapes or images complicate it further.
It lines up text layers of various styles and non-text layers dynamically. Text can be scaled, paragraphs with any justification are handled, and initial text alignment is respected. An anchor point expression is applied to text layers, which improves accuracy and the spacing between them.
