What lipsyncr 2 does
lipsyncr 2, by Joachim Holler, builds mouth animation automatically in After Effects. You import a spoken track together with its transcription, and it analyzes the English speech and animates a mouth composition in seconds.
Three viseme mappings are offered: four illustrations at lower quality, seven at medium and ten at high. Template viseme images with illustration guides are supplied, and you can create a template composition at your chosen count and replace the templates with your own artwork. Any number of audio files and mouth compositions can be combined.
