Two adjustable generators that produce coloured light make up Luca Visual FX Spectrum, for After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with Final Cut Pro X and Motion supported too. It runs through Noise Industries FxFactory on Apple Silicon and Intel.
The Light Effect Generator makes unusual or subtle backgrounds and overlays. The Light Transition Generator builds quick, loosely interpreted flashes of light and colour that sit over a cut point. Editors and motion designers wanting atmospheric washes or stylised transitions without sourcing footage can generate them directly.
