What Mat Cleaner does
Mat Cleaner manages materials directly in the sidebar. You can delete, replace and fine-tune materials on objects, and unwanted ones go with one click.
Unused materials can be removed from the options popover as of version 1.4, all delete operators support undo, and the add-on reports the names of materials it deleted. It is a quick way to clear out clutter from imported or merged models. Notable points: one-click material deletion, remove unused materials and undo for delete operators.
