Mergetools
Developer: Paul Thien Store
Geometry Nodes boolean toolkit for Blender that merges, cuts and fillets meshes non-destructively and adds procedural welds.
What Mergetools does
Mergetools combines selected meshes into a single live result while keeping the originals intact and hidden from render. A difference mode subtracts cutters from the base, and you can swap which object plays which role at any time.
Junction controls in the N-panel handle pre-smooth, fillet radius, tension, bulge and subdivision. Procedural weld beads follow the true intersection edges with size, detail and noise settings. Materials can be cross-faded across the junction, with a seam attribute for dirt or wear effects. Presets can be saved, and the final result bakes to real geometry with UVs and material slots.
Key features
- Non-destructive merge of two or more meshes
- Difference mode with swappable base and cutter
- Junction and fillet controls in the N-panel
