What Mesh Matify does
Mesh Matify speeds up basic material setup in Blender. It creates materials named after the selected meshes and then looks in a folder you choose for textures whose names correspond.
Recognized texture types include Base Color, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, Ambient Occlusion, Height, Emission and Opacity, and keyword settings change how those types are detected. Configurations can be imported and exported to share across projects. It helps when a scene has many objects with consistently named texture sets.
