Metaball Composer
Developer: Daniel F.R. Gordillo
Blender add-on that distributes metaballs along random, elliptical or spirograph patterns to form intricate shapes.
What Metaball Composer does
Daniel F.R. Gordillo's Metaball Composer arranges arrays of metaballs by pattern instead of by hand. Three styles exist: Random scatters a cloud from random coordinates, Elliptical makes spirals from sine and cosine curves, and Spirograph follows geometric roulette paths.
Documentation is included, the GPL license applies, and compatibility reaches up to Blender 3.4.x. Artists making abstract sculpture, blobby organic forms or decorative pieces can generate variations quickly. Because patterns are defined by simple parameters, a favourite shape can be revisited and varied later.
