What miauu's Quick Spline Measure does
miauu's Quick Spline Measure is a commercial 3ds Max utility that measures splines with no selection needed. You get the length of the segment you snap to and of its nearest neighbor, plus the distance between their points.
It also shows the angle between the two segments. At any time, all measurements can be copied to the clipboard. Because it does not depend on selection, it fits workflows where changing the selection is disruptive, such as drafting layouts, architectural plans and path-based modeling that rely on fast dimension checks.
