What Motion to Transform does
Motion to Transform is a UXP-based plugin from Key-Farmer for Premiere Pro editors who have animated clips in the Motion panel and want that work to carry over to the Transform effect.
It moves values and keyframes for Position, Scale, Rotation and Anchor Point, and adds the Transform effect to the clip when one is not already there. Two modes are offered: copy only, which leaves the Motion settings in place, and copy and remove, which clears them afterward. It requires Premiere Pro 25.6.4 or later.
