Physical Motion Blur
Developer: K_Naoki
Blender add-on that sets motion blur via camera shutter angle or shutter speed for Eevee and Cycles.
What Physical Motion Blur does
Physical Motion Blur, by K_Naoki, controls Blender's motion blur the way a real camera does. Instead of an abstract shutter value, you work with shutter angle, measured in degrees, or shutter speed, measured in seconds.
A mode setting switches between Angle and Speed, the frame rate field shows and sets the scene's FPS, and the Camera Shutter Control panel sits under Properties, Render, Motion Blur. Blender's standard motion blur must be enabled first. It supports Eevee and Cycles for film and photorealistic stills.
