ReelSmart Motion Blur Pro from RE:Vision Effects gives footage and 3D renders natural-looking motion blur by analysing how every pixel moves between frames. It runs in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro and other supported hosts.
When a 3D application supplies motion vectors, the plugin can blur from those instead of tracking. A Fine Tune control sets how much blur appears, and existing blur can be removed. A 360 mode handles panoramic footage and understands that its edges connect. Rendering uses the GPU, with a CPU-only fallback when no suitable graphics card is present.
