Developer: RE:Vision Effects
Converts between lens projections and stabilises spherical footage for 360, 180 VR and fisheye video.
What RE:Vision Effects RE:Lens does
RE:Lens, by RE:Vision Effects, handles 360 and 180 VR as well as fisheye footage inside After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. It converts between rectilinear, equirectangular, fisheye, super fisheye, super wide-angle, mirror ball and parabolic mirror projections.
The spherical stabiliser tracks global camera orientation and offers an editable stabilisation profile. Super fisheye can go to 360 panoramic in a single step, 360 can be converted to 2D with an animatable point of view and graphics projected back, and fisheye can be straightened with distortion and chromatic fringing corrections. High-resolution panoramas and virtual camera moves are supported. Valuable for VR editors and lens-correction work.
