What Road Path Creator does
Road Path Creator lets you draw roads in Blender and have them take shape from your strokes. Paths can be curved or straight, and the road's dimensions are adjustable.
Presets include a pavement road and a mud road with a transparent alpha channel. A built-in PBR texture creator builds a material from a single image, a Custom tab browses your own Displacement, Roughness, Normal and Base Color maps, and materials can be refined through UV parameters, transformations and shader properties. It is reached from the N panel, with documentation.
