roop
Developer: COLORCODE-AE
Script that builds endless looping random 3D spaces from selected layers in After Effects.
What roop does
Built by COLORCODE-AE, roop is a script running inside After Effects that fills a 3D scene with copies of your layers, creating an endless random space with one click. It bundles over 40 tools, including functions for moving the camera viewpoint through the scene.
Five loop patterns can be combined, and a smart loop system lowers render load. Backgrounds and vignettes are generated automatically, floor reflections can be customized, and an avoid-layers feature carves a linear tunnel around a target. There are more than 20 animation parameters and nearly 40 global settings, with English and Japanese interfaces.
