Second Life-style camera
Developer: miunau
Blender add-on that mimics Second Life's Alt-based free-look camera for focusing, orbiting, zooming and panning.
What Second Life-style camera does
Second Life-style camera is a viewport navigation add-on by miunau that recreates the free-look camera of Second Life in Blender. You hold Alt and use clicks and drags to focus, orbit, zoom and pan.
A click with Alt held focuses on whatever is beneath the pointer; Alt-drag orbits sideways and zooms up and down; Alt+Ctrl-drag orbits the focus point without zooming; and Alt+Ctrl+Shift-drag pans. Releasing the modifiers lets the camera keep moving toward its target. It is written entirely in Python and needs no special permissions.
Key features
