Skin Selection
Developer: Artell
Blender add-on to pick bone controllers by clicking the mesh surface, working with any rig and up to three controllers per area.
What Skin Selection does
Skin Selection from Artell lets animators choose bone controllers by clicking right on the character mesh in Blender.
It suits any rig or armature and assigns up to three controllers to an area. Vertex groups are created from the controllers and marked with an fs: prefix, and Mirror Selected VGroup mirrors a side-specific group to the other side. Animators get a picker-like experience. Picking by clicking the body rather than looking for small controllers makes posing faster, especially on rigs with many similar-looking controls.
