Developer: Gary Reisman
Script that builds split screens, video grids and dividers in After Effects from rows and columns.
What SplitGrid does
SplitGrid is Gary Reisman's script for After Effects that fills a composition with panels based on the rows and columns you choose. It covers split screens, video grids, dividers and grid lines.
Up to 100 by 100 panels can be created, arranged by rows or columns, from top or bottom, left or right, or in a zig-zag order. Space can be added between panels, with or without borders, and a shape layer option applies to both panels and dividers. A preset system with 16 presets speeds up common layouts.
