Blender add-on that runs 3D SIMP+OC topology optimization on tagged mesh regions to discover load-bearing shapes.

What Structural Topology Optimization does

Structural Topology Optimization brings a structural solver into the Blender viewport. Mark mesh regions as loads, supports or design space, then run the 3D SIMP+OC solver on a voxelized volume, and watch a density field emerge.

A live readout reports density change, volume fraction, compliance and the iteration count. A threshold slider shows which voxels carry the most load as a black and white gradient, and Generate Mesh extracts a clean isosurface. Parameters such as SIMP penalty, filter radius, iterations, tolerance and move limit are adjustable, with scipy and MarchingNumPy bundled.
