What Stylized Toolkit: Atlas does

Stylized Toolkit: Atlas lets you texture a model using a single palette image and its UVs. You define swatch grids on the materials, and selected UVs are snapped to those grids.

UVs can be shifted between swatches in the interface, positions copied and pasted, and faces can adopt the swatch of the face selected last. Further selection helpers are included. Low-poly and stylized game artists who rely on gradient or color atlases will color assets quickly.
