What TextDelay does
TextDelay from Plugin Everything delays a text animation across characters, words or lines in After Effects. Unlike the default text animator, it inherits the easing of your animation, so custom curves and easing expressions carry through.
Five order modifiers apply to position, anchor, scale, opacity, hue and blur delays, and a range selector picks which parts of the text receive them. It works with motion blur, parented transforms in CC2018 and newer, paragraph text, outlines, bold and italic styling and multicolored text, and plays well with Ease & Wizz, animationPatterns and iExpressions.
