What Uv Align And Follow does

UV Align And Follow straightens UV layouts built from quads. Select a quad and it is aligned into a rectangle, and the remaining quads in the island follow along so the whole island forms an orderly grid.

Islands are aligned to horizontal and vertical coordinates, and three follow options, including even spacing and length-based approaches, control how the others adapt. It saves time for texture artists unwrapping tiles, panels and straps.
