What VMC Link does

VMC Link, by Internet-Addict, streams motion data from an external program into Blender in real time. It receives VMC/OSC messages and applies them to the armature and face mesh you select.

It tracks the body, fingers and eyes, and also drives shape keys for visemes and facial expressions. VTubers and animators who capture performances in other software can preview or record that movement on their Blender characters.
