What Voice2Captions does
Voice2Captions is a CEP extension from Future Tools that turns speech into subtitles right in the After Effects timeline. Whisper-based and Deepgram Nova-3 transcription engines are supported, across more than 99 languages.
Transcripts are editable before captions are generated, and translation into up to 99 languages is optional. Lines split smartly from 1 to 10 words across one or two lines, output can be a single layer with timeline markers or multi-layer subtitles, and built-in text animation presets are included. Subtitles export as .srt files. Creators making social videos in several languages will save a great deal of typing.
