Xplod
Developer: Yatima
Creates procedural exploded views of any Blender mesh using Geometry Nodes, with six explosion modes.
What Xplod does
Xplod separates a mesh into its parts and moves them apart without altering the original geometry. Because it uses Geometry Nodes, the effect stays procedural and can be animated.
Six modes are included: Spherical, Inward, Single Axis, Axial Radial, Random and Surface Normal. A single slider sets fragmentation, from tidy part separation to a face-level shatter, and an Influence Zone limits the effect to a spherical area. Good for product breakdowns and technical presentations.
Key features
- Six explosion modes
- Fragmentation slider from parts to faces
- Influence Zone with spherical falloff
- Procedural and animatable
