What Bake From Empty does
Bake From Empty copies animation from an Empty onto a model. It bakes location, rotation, scale and visibility keyframes, whether the model is parented, constrained or not connected at all.
Visibility keyframes support both viewport and render hiding. Useful when animation was driven by an Empty or imported rig and you need the keys on the final object. Moving the data onto the final object lets you remove the Empty and keep a clean scene for export or rendering.
