Speedtree Import Helper by VFX Grace streamlines bringing SpeedTree models into Blender. It reads stmat files and batch-imports ABC, OBJ and FBX files at the same time, so a whole tree set arrives together.

PBR material nodes are created automatically on import, working with both Cycles and Eevee, and scale and rotation are corrected for FBX models. It is intended for SpeedTree v8.x assets. Environment and archviz artists populating scenes with SpeedTree foliage will avoid wiring textures and fixing orientation by hand.
