A Blender utility that groups objects in two clicks inside a Grouped Cube you can ungroup, duplicate, lock and color-code.
What Group It! Add-On does
Group It! gives Blender a simple grouping system. Select two or more objects, click Group, and they are wrapped in a Grouped Cube that acts as a parent; Ungroup reverses it, removing the parent and the bounding cube.
Groups can be duplicated with their contents using a button or Ctrl+Shift+D, deleted along with their objects, locked, renamed and color-coded. Real-time Auto Resize updates the cube as objects inside move. Modelers and layout artists who want to move clusters of objects as a unit without complicated hierarchies will find it handy.
