CAD2Cube - DXF Importer
Developer: LongLiveTheCube
Free, open-source DXF importer for Blender that converts hatches to meshes, maps layers and detects units.
What CAD2Cube - DXF Importer does
CAD2Cube brings CAD drawings into Blender through the bundled ezdxf library. Hatch regions become real, editable mesh faces, and you can choose whether none, only solid, or all hatches are treated as solid, with all as the default.
Layers are mapped, units are detected automatically and block instances are handled in a memory-efficient way. Architects and designers can move 2D plans into 3D scenes without intermediate tools.
