What Cineblur - Bokeh Blur Add-On does
CineBlur adds a bokeh blur node to Blender's compositor, giving renders the look of real lenses. It is non-destructive, leaving the original render untouched, and supports depth-of-field and stylized blur effects.
Over thirty organic lens kernels are included, from hexagons and triangles to circular fringe and anamorphic streaks. After install, Shift+A in the compositor adds the node, and controls adjust blur strength, kernel rotation, distortion and style. Cinematographers, motion designers and renderers wanting more characterful out-of-focus areas will find it useful as a finishing step.
